The project aims to prepare a Forest Diversion Proposal for obtaining Stage-I and Stage-II Forest Clearance for the Hisri Bauxite Mine in Lohardaga, Jharkhand, as per the requirements of the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980. This process involves comprehensive documentation, mapping of the forest area proposed for diversion, environmental impact assessments, and the development of mitigation and compensatory afforestation plans.
